Our cleanout rates are based on the total square footage of the space you need cleared. We have a minimum rate of $150, which covers up to 2 cubic yards of material.
This usually includes items like a refrigerator or freezer, washer and dryer set, a sofa, or a mattress and box spring.

It’s completely up to you—we can dispose of items securely, ensuring they’re never found again, or donate and recycle them to help those in need.
Many of our clients prefer donating, and we partner with organizations like Volunteer Ministry Center and Angelic Ministries to give items a second life. We also frequently donate furniture to schools throughout Knox County.
We believe every item holds value, and we don’t operate on a “finders keepers” mindset. When it comes to valuables like jewelry, artwork, or money, our policy is simple—we always return them to their rightful owner or the person who hired us.
