Yes, fully. That means if something unexpected happens, damage, injury, anything, you’re protected. A lot of folks out there aren’t insured at all, and most people don’t realize the risk until it’s too late. We run this like a real business because that’s what our customers deserve.
No, you don’t need to lift a finger. We’re full-service, which means we’ll remove everything from wherever it is, upstairs, downstairs, garage, attic. You just point, and we’ll handle the rest.
Our minimum is $150, which covers the first two cubic yards; that’s usually a couch or a few smaller items. For anything more, we price based on how much space your stuff takes up in the truck. If you send us a photo, we can usually give you a quote right away. And once we give you a number, that’s the number; we stick to it.
We don’t just dump everything. If something can be donated or recycled, that’s what we do. We work with local nonprofits and visit recycling centers regularly. The goal is to keep as much out of the landfill as we can, it takes more effort, but we believe it’s worth it.
We’ve got the gear and the crew for it. Whether it’s a hot tub, a piano, or a 400-pound treadmill in the basement, we’ve done it before, safely and without damage. We typically have flat rates for those jobs, so you know what to expect.
Absolutely. For our commercial and property management clients, we always provide before-and-after photos, detailed invoices, and anything else they need. If you’re a homeowner and want photos for any reason, just ask; we’re happy to provide them.
