I’m Aaron Crecy, founder of Junk Galaxy. I didn’t grow up dreaming about junk trucks or hauling furniture out of basements. What I did care about (and still do) is how people feel when life gets overwhelming.
A lot of our calls don’t come from people looking for a “junk removal service.” They come from folks going through something. A loss. A move. A tough transition. A situation that got out of hand.
They don’t need sales pitches. They need someone to show up, roll up their sleeves, and say, “We’ve got you!”
That’s why I started this company.
Not to chase the quick, easy jobs. Not to build some big corporate machine.
But to put together a team of respectful, hard-working people who treat you like neighbors.
You might be facing a house full of memories, a garage you’ve been avoiding, or a situation that feels too heavy to handle alone.
Maybe it’s a hoarding cleanout. An eviction. A life change you didn’t ask for. Whatever it is, you don’t need to justify it. You don’t need to explain where it all came from. You just need someone who will treat you with respect.

We’ve had a pile of junk from a yard project for nearly 2 years that Junk Galaxy made disappear in under 20 minutes. The entire process was easy from the quote to the finished product.

They got to us very quickly. They were able to pick up items at the store and bring them to the place my parents lived.
They also removed the furniture that was being replaced. They communicated well and kept us informed about when they made the store pickup and when they were on their way to the home.
They moved things in and offered to shuffle everything around to get it just right. We could not have been more pleased.
I needed a treadmill and some old TVs and big boxes hauled away. I made an appointment with another company but they never showed up or called. So I did a google search and found Junk Galaxy.
They were very responsive and actually showed up when they said they would. Preston and Evan were polite and professional and got the job done quickly.
Thank you guys so much! I will definitely recommend you guys to friends and family.

I would definitely recommend the people from Junk Galaxy. Aaron was wonderful and very helpful in coordinating and managing getting rid of my stuff.
His assistant Abby was also very friendly and helpful. David and BLT came and took the stuff was very respectful, answered all my questions and helped me move the things that I could not move.
Very pleased with their service.

Junk Galaxy was responsive and quick. Eric, Pierson, David, and Bryson went above and beyond my expectations.
I asked the company to remove bricks, various metal, old fencing, and two trees. They did it the same day I called, even raking up my yard for any loose branches and twigs.

Ryan, Brian, and David were here on time and quickly removed a couch, loveseat, and entire bed, mattress, boxspring and all. They also removed a huge desk.
They were very professional and careful not to hit walls or scratch our hardwood floors. I highly recommend them.
We will be using them again in the future! Thank you guys!

Aaron was so kind, and I was treated to the best customer service I’ve experienced in a while. I called around 10am, and they had a professional crew at my house by 3 and were so quick and efficient.

I asked for recommendations on Facebook for movers to help us load some (extremely) heavy furniture and a vault into PODS. Folks suggested we use Junk Galaxy, and we did.
What a fantastic company! Not only will they help with moving, but they will also remove any items you do not wish to keep – a seamless experience if you are trying to get out of your house on a challenging schedule (as we were). I would not have guessed from the name that they were movers too.
You get a larger crew (we had four guys) than most movers. They made short work of a big house. The men were all very polite, respectful of both our furniture and our walls, and frankly, a whole lot of fun to be around during a stressful time. They put moving blankets around each piece of furniture, and then shrink-wrapped it for extra protection.
They did such a great job making use of the space in each pod that we ended up canceling one of the PODS we ordered because we did not need it, which ended up saving us $2,000 in moving expenses!On top of all of this, the owner, Aaron, partners with *a lot* of local charities.
When he found out we were trying to get rid of furniture, he stopped by our house personally to snap pictures and see if any nonprofits would accept the pieces as donations. (Several did, in fact, want them. We were delighted to see our belongings going to excellent causes.)
It is difficult to find good, hard-working, and ethical movers, so we were impressed. I wish we had known about this company sooner.
Thanks to them, this was far and away the easiest move we’ve ever made. We highly, highly recommend them.
